"In January 2010, I had an Achilles tendon injury that required immobilization for almost 6 weeks. After 10 months of being inactive, gaining 15 pounds, wearing an air cast and physical therapy, the doctor cleared me to start workout activities with caution. To start, I walked and went only on 10 mile bike rides. In addition, I joined Kinetic Body's morning boot camp in November 2010 to accelerate my recovery progress and improve my overall strength and conditioning.
