Here is what others have to say:
Sara, 38, CA:
“Working with Rebecca has been a pleasure. I am an out-of-state client who receives her support through regular monitoring and communication. Before becoming my trainer, she took time to get to know my lifestyle―time limitations, diet, and health goals. My health goals include a decrease in blood pressure, in hopes to someday eliminate my blood pressure medication, fat loss, better eating habits, and an increase in strength. From this information, she created challenging workouts that fit the life of a full-time working mom. She has taught me the importance of a balanced diet as well as regular exercise. I now know how to be aware of the amount of carbs protein, fat, fiber, vegetable & fruit, and calorie intake. For me, this alone is a huge accomplishment. I’ve experienced an increase in energy and strength. I am able to keep up with the daily demands of career and family life more easily, physically and emotionally. Rebecca continues to challenge me with ideas and workouts that would help to fulfill my health goals and encourage me to stick with the program, no matter what. Is she tough on me? Yes. Although she is supportive, she’s taught me that my progress is ultimately up to me.”
Betty, 55+, PA:
“What was I thinking?! I was over 55, and extremely obese (size 24 ½), and I just told my friends that I would sign up for a triathlon in 6 months! 6 months later, I was a tri athlete! I completed TWO triathlons. How did I manage it? REBECCA. She not only developed my monthly programs, allowing me to know exactly what I needed to do each day to prepare, but she also guided me in what to eat. More importantly, she guided me in what NOT to eat. Her nutritional background is the cornerstone that she uses to build the exercise program. But the one thing that surprises me most is how she listens to every detail of our conversations. Rebecca uses that skill to understand what motivates me, and then in turn, uses it to either direct me or redirect me in my new programs. I am still over 55, but no longer a size 24 ½. I still have more work to get to my ultimate goal and know Rebecca will be with me when I reach it.”
George, 68, PA:
“I have trained with Rebecca for several years. She gives me a balanced program that addresses my mobility, flexibility, balance, endurance and strength. My lower back was a problem for a long time, but Rebecca’s exercises have strengthened my core and made my back very healthy. My most difficult-to-do exercises are pull-ups. Now I can always do 7 or 8 at a time, and I have recently done 10 in a row, a personal best. When I first started with her, push-ups were very challenging and now twenty pushups are not a problem. Thanks Rebecca!”
Chris, 42, PA:
I have been interested in Kettlebell Training for a long time and finally decided to do something about it. Since I had no idea how to properly use KB’s I wanted to get instruction. I found Rebecca through the IKFF website. She has totally started me on the right path in my KB training. Her extensive knowledge and training in KB’s provide for a much faster, safer and thorough instruction than I could find in any book or web video. Rebecca carefully works with you on the details of each exercise to make sure you are performing them correctly. I struggled with the KB jerk and she tried multiple ways until it finally clicked and I figured it out. Although I went to Rebecca mainly for KB training she has extensive knowledge in fitness and conditioning and I always learn something new. She is also very nice but her workouts will make a grown man cry!”
